What we do, we provide phone first guidance for common consumer technology, we explain steps, we never ask for passwords or one time codes, we do not take remote control

Who can use Boroma, adults located in the United States, by using Boroma you confirm you have the right to receive support for the device or account you ask about

Safety and privacy, our agents will not request passwords, two factor codes, bank details, or social security numbers, if anyone asks for those details, hang up and contact us at support@boroma.io

Fair use, to keep lines open for everyone, we send a friendly reminder at twenty five minutes and a hard end at thirty five minutes per call, most issues finish in one call

Languages, service is available in English, Spanish, and Chinese, you can switch languages during a call

Subscriptions, plans renew automatically until you cancel, you can cancel anytime through the billing portal, unused time does not carry over

No professional advice, our guidance is educational and for general help, it is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

Acceptable use, you agree not to use Boroma for any unlawful purpose or to request access to accounts or data that you do not own

Warranties and liability, we provide Boroma as is and as available, we do not warrant that every issue can be fixed, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the claim arose

Changes, we may update these terms, if we make material changes we will notify you by email or in app notice
